Top Fuel’s Doug Kalitta landed in the provisional No. 1 spot at the 14th annual NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals as the Countdown to the Championship playoffs continued at World Wide Technology Raceway.

The first day of qualifying is complete at the 14th annual NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals, the third of six events in the 2025 Countdown to the Championship. Doug Kalitta, Austin Prock, Eric Latino, and Gaige Herrera all scored the provisional pole.
